Barry McCaffrey |

General Barry McCaffrey is the former director for the Office of
National Drug Control Policy. Better known as Benito Mussolini II.
Mr. McCaffrey should be the very first name in the world court indictments
handed down in the near future. McCaffrey controls almost 16 billion
dollars in Drug War expenditures by the United States Government's
futile effort to jail every last free American for using drugs. McCaffrey's
ability to tell the truth vanished years ago, as he proves almost
daily that he is not above sinking way down into the bottomless depths
of lies, deception, and outright fraud to make sure he can continue
to control that $16,000,000,000 budget. He is not afraid to use the
military to cause insurgencies in other countries where they do not
subscribe to his neo-fascist policies, and sinister right wing power
trip.

George W. Bush |

The current president of the United States, George
W. Bush a former cocaine user himself has sought to bring the "war
on drugs" to new levels of tyranny. Bush has begun the enforcement
of a law that removes all possibility of federal aid for anyone with
a drug conviction past. Bush has also managed to manipulate the federal
budget by hiring many members of his own campaign finance department
to create anti-drug advertising of all sorts. Bush also has had no
problem with completely lying to the public in his campaign having
stated "medical marijuana is a states right issue" while
just months after buying the presidential election nominating Asa
Hutchinson as head of the DEA who has pushed to have many state laws
relating to cannabis overruled. |

Asa Hutchinson |

Current head of the DEA Asa Hutchinson has managed
to use the war on terrorism to commit atrocities of the legal system
in California without many hearing about it. With the Supreme Court
ruling of October declaring medical marijuana co-ops as not legal
on the federal level, Hutchinson took no time to send in agents to
arrest the sick and dying while whining of not having enough resources
to fight the "war on drugs" with so many other law enforcement
members being directed to the "war on terrorism." One must
wonder how this man sleeps at night knowing that he is personally
responsible for so many sick and dying being denied a medicine that
makes their lives capable of living. |

Jeb Bush |

Jeb is a Puppet for the Federal Drug War Machine. He has even gone
so far as to deny Amnesty to Sick and Dying Medical Marijuana Patients.
When Kevin Aplin and Scott Bledsoe confronted Bush in Feb. 99 about
an Experimental Medical Research Program that was sunset by the Florida
Legislature in the 80's, Bush was dumbstruck and only worried about
Soros' Millions and Drug Legalization. When Scott Bledsoe our Vice
President confronted him again in May 99 at the Capitol For a Day
in Jacksonville with a Bull Horn, Bush said he was firmly opposed
to Medical Marijuana in the face of the recent Institute of Medicine
Findings. Bush also dislikes Blacks and Minorities and the drug war
is a great way to imprison more and more minorities, then they won't
be competing for his family's contracts. |

Rick Rogers |

Rick Rogers is a deputy with the Levy County, Florida Sheriff's
Department. He often is assigned to the special investigations unit
which generally is involved with narcotics cases. According to the
Cheifland, Florida CITIZEN newspaper, Mr. Rogers was suspended for
a period of time in Spring 1999 for mishandling money seized after
a drug related arrest. When investigators started to try and find
the money, it "mysteriously appeared" under the seat of the evidence
custodian's car. As alleged in a civil suit filed by Joe Tacl in May
1999, Rick Rogers destroyed 2 of the Tacl's televisions, dug up his
dead dog, and vandalized his home. After the raid, $2,000 worth of
Silver Coins which was taken into custody by Mr. Rogers, came up missing.
Once Arrested, Joe Tacl, was denied any medications for hours. Even
though Joe's pain is so horrible that he has two prescriptions for
Cannabis. |

Tina Dykstra |

Tina Dykstra is one of the Narco-Nazis that works
with Criminal Number 1 Rick Rogers in the Levy County Sheriff's Department
Drug Task Force. Dykstra is wanted for Testilying in order to try
and send Joe Tacl to Jail for Medical Marijuana Cultivation. Dykstra
is especially dangerous because of her appearance. |
| Criminal #7:
James McDonough |

Florida's Mc Drug Czar. Mc Donough is so deluded that
he believes his own lies. When confronted by Activists and Medical
Patients outside the Peabody Hotel, Mc Donough told AIDS patient Paul
Adams that Medical Marijuana was "witchcraft, folklore, and home remedies."
McDonough's mad scientist plan of using Fusarium Fungus to rid Florida
of illegal cannabis forever, would have cost the destruction of the
state's agriculture as well. Even though the Department of Environmental
Protection urged him not to use the fungus, Mc Donough has no problem
spending millions of dollars of Floridian Taxpayers' money to go forward
with testing anyway. Benito Mussolini reincarnated????? |
