Rainbow Gathering 2002
The CAN outing to the 2002 Rainbow Gathering in Ocala was a blast. We had
a great site (on the main path), lots of help from the rest of the "family",
and some of the most spectacular camping weather all year. We provided coffee
for everyone, as well as the opportunity to learn about the fight against
prohibition. We tried to focus on the rights of the citizen when searched,
but we provided whatever people seemed to need. From info for people with
families and legal problems, to "the best coffee in the gathering",
to a seat to pass the time in; we provided a whole array of assistance.
The energy was great, and we would like to say thank you to everyone who
helped make it possible.
