Below it is a detailed list of each day's events, landmarks, and lodgings.
March 24th DAY 1: Florida State Prison to Lulu Community
Center
We will begin at 9:00AM from Florida State Prison. We will Pass by
New River Correctional, Union Correctional, Union Correctional, and we
will have lunch at Lake Butler Hospital. Sleeping for some patients will
be at Lulu Community Center. Some patients will be sleeping at Live Oak
Motel 8 miles ahead.
March 25th DAY 2: Lulu Community Center to Lake City
We will begin at 9:00AM from Lulu Community Center, passing by Lake
City Correctional, the County Juvenile Detention Center, and Baker Correctional.
Sleeping will be at Gateway Inn or Travel Lodge in Lake City.
March 26th DAY 3: Lake City to Live Oak
We will begin at 9:00AM from Lake City. We will have visioning enlightenment
at the Westside Church, St Luke's Lutheran, Bethany Baptist, and the Future
Home of the Church of God. Sleep at Scottish Inn in Live Oak.
March 27th DAY 4: Live Oak to Madison
We will begin at 9:00AM from Live Oak, visiting the Madison County
Courthouse and Old Jail Museum in Madison. We will sleep at Holiday Inn
or the Deerwood Inn.
March 28th DAY 5: Madison to Monticello
We will begin at 9:00AM from Madison, we will pass a Florida Highway
Patrol Station, Jefferson Correctional, and Jefferson County Courthouse.
Sleep @ Brahmans Hotel in Monticello.
March 29th DAY 6: Monticello to Edge Of Tallahassee
We will begin at 9:00AM and will be having a Candlelight Vigil
at the Women's Federal Prison. Sleep @ Best Western on edge of Tallahassee.
March 30th DAY 7: TALLAHASSEE: V-DAY
DAY OF VICTORY AS WE BURY THE DRUG WAR INSTEAD OF SICK PEOPLE
Assemble @ Tom Brown Park at 8AM. We depart by Caravan at 9 heading South
on Capitol Circle. We will then head west on Old St Augustine Rd for a
Ceremony at the Department of Corrections and Michael Moore's Office.
The Bushwhackers will unload from Busses @ DOC and begin the 2.5 Mile
Walk to the Capitol. We will merge onto Appalachia Parkway to Monroe at
the Capitol Building.
